Hi all, wow I have been feeling so inspired from Anna Brim's latest patreon videos. This month has great content in both the videos and collage sheets that I had so many ideas for this blog post. I decided to take inspiration from a video she shared with her patrons about using post it notes and doodles. I decided to add my own spin to it and use a painted watercolour background using Daniel Smith half pans, then added doodles to that before cutting the whole page up to make a mixture of ATC Cards, Journal cards and post cards. You can see the whole process below.

Hi all, long time no see. I thought I would do a Plan With Me this week as I haven't done one forever and this kit is really singing to me. It's a stunner, a mermaid style planner kit from Hazy Days UK. You can grab a kit here, use code KERRY15 for 15% off a £10 spend or more and my free sampler sheet too. I'm not going to ramble on here, you can see the process in my full chatty video below.
Junk Journal Challenge 2018
I adore keeping a travel journal, what a perfect way to document your holiday and to save memories. My latest journal took advantage of the July and August patreon resources and printables from Anna Brim's patreon goodies. I also sourced ideas from Anna's Adventure Journaling course. It's always a sad occasion coming back from your holiday's and I really loved my latest one in Palmanova, but I also love finishing off my journal and seeing it come together.
Hola from Sunny Spain! Yes I am on my holidays in Palma Nova, but scheduled this to go out whilst I was away. Over at Kerrymay Makes a Mess Facebook group last year we ran a challenge for a Travelling Art Journal swap. In the end we had three different circles going and I am pleased to say I have received my journal back. I have been meaning to film the flip through for a few weeks now, so I finally got my backside into gear and have done it. You can see the finished flip through of my book below. Please do drop me a comment on You Tube and leave a thumbs up.
I made these gorgeous 'Planner Girl' style desktop backgrounds last week and they are far too pretty not to share right? The images are full quality jpeg images and should fit any standard desktop size on a PC or laptop.
Simply click the image to save the file and then locate where you saved it. Right click and click set as wallpaper background, that's all there is to it. Enjoy!
These are totally FREE for you for personal use, but I do ask that you spread the love and share this post to Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter (or all 3 if you are feeling especially kind).
