That time of year has arrived... the yearly dreaded weight loss and fitness regime of June and July. I realise that I can't put it off any longer and I have put 4lbs on over the last two weeks, so what better way to motivate myself than through a personalised Fitness Tracker / Journal / Planner. See how I have set up my fitness journal, how I am tracking my Weekly and Monthly goals and have a look at the freebie downloadable printables I have found on the internet.
Have a look at my flip through video of my fitness planner

Firstly I set up my goals and motivational page with my three main targets. I do have weight loss targets as well as exercise, but for me it's always exercise where I see the change. I am finding it much harder to lose weight from dieting now I have reached 40. Next I added some motivational stickers from the lovely Little Rainbow Moon (see link at the bottom of the post).
I then printed some amazing freebie downloads that I saved to Pinterest. I have a Fitness Journal board you can follow (pinned with all sorts of goodies and some great websites). I now have a page that I add my weight and measurements to in order to try to get my 8 week goal. I find this all gives me the motivation I need to actually see my plans through. If I was just exercising without logging it, I probably would give up after a week.
Next I added my weekly page complete with the exercise completed and a Health Tracker printable from Cute Daisy. So I don't get bored I have added a variety of strength and body weight exercises in a handy list so I can mix things up a little. My plan is to have a go at cardio twice a week and stretches/yoga/body weight exercises daily for a max of ten minutes a day. I did this daily from January to September last year and really toned up. Stickers are from Hazy Days UK and Lilybeaches. Finally I added a yoga tracker and a 2 week up date for my inch and weight loss (all links below). Now all I need is a Fitbit!

This is so cool to have, I will have to work on getting to a printer to print some and make me one, I have to wait awhile though since I am 3 months away from having baby boy, but as soon as I know that 6 week checkup gives me the green light to workout, I am going to do my best to get back into shape, I so need my high school body back. Great post will check out those links and share with my friends.
