On Saturday 21st April, I attended the 3rd annual Cambs Planner Con event run by Anna Brim (Mrs Brimbles), a lovely planner convention, full of talks, workshops, stalls, planner geeks, a swap table, a raffle, a goodie bag, inspiration galore and of course lots of pretty planners!

Schedule of the day:

10 am - Doors open
10.30 - Conference start / Welcome Introduction and first talk: Do you realise your potential? by Charlotte Ashley-Roberts
11.30 - Inspire.Motivate.Create By Lisa Abbott-‐Saunders (from the Lollipop Box)
12.30 - Lunch
1.30 - Creative Planner Stamping for Dummies by Loti Fuster-‐Bradley (from Mama Makes)
2.30 - Creative Workshop: Hand Lettering Basics by So Joey!
3.30 - Raffle. Wrap up & Goodbyes
4pm - Conference END

I was shocked that I had won the main raffle prize, an amazing gift box full of planner goodies, all in pretty pastel colours from the lovely Managing Mischief on Etsy. Have a look my event video of snippets from the day and the unboxing of my amazing prize.

My room buddy was the lovely Stephanie from Scurry and Peck, we went down to St Neots the day before and the lovely Hannah arranged a meal for us all, which was a great way to get to know people before the main event. We also met up with Kelly (from The Scrapbook Girl, Geraldine from Dream Create Journal and Jeni from Stitch n Weave).

I had such a lovely time at the event and can't wait for next years. It was so lovely to see some of my online friends old and new, I have made friends for life from attending planner events and I'm so glad that I found the planner community.
