Brusho & Watercolour Beginners Art Journal Tutorial

Last week I bought a  Colourcraft Crystal Colours Brusho set and today I got to try it. Oh my word, it didn't let me down... such a beautiful set and so many possibilities when using it in art work and Art Journal spreads and general Mixed Media.

​I got the set of 8, which is mainly nature colours, lots of greens, yellows, browns and and reds. The colours are so intense and I literally only used a sprinkling (as you will see in the video process tutorial below). I can't wait to start using it to create page background, papers and journaling / ATC cards.

As you can see in the video, the results are stunning. I don't think I will be able to stop creating pages now and this is just one way of using it. I can't wait to see what I can do with it. (Don't worry, I will be sure to let you know when I do).

Here is the finished page after  it had dried. I used a stunning vintage stamp pad from Ali Express and my new Archival Ink in jet black, which is my first time using it. I can highly recommend it, it is so pigmented and easily the best ink pad I have bought.

Collage Sheets Printables
