I had a fantastic year in 2019 and I am keen to maintain that into 2020 in both my journaling and personal achievements. It makes sense therefore that my Word of the Year for 2020 should be just that... 'Maintain'. I want to start the year with some positive journaling and mindfulness; start the year as I mean to go on.

I thought I would try something totally different today (for me anyway)... making my own paper paperclips. The finished result is definitely a triumph and I will be making more, they are perfect for your planners and journals or as a cute gift.
I have used a variety of different papers that came in this months Lollipop Box. These papers are actually perfect for this craft as they are just the right thickness. (Disclaimer: I received this box as part of my Creative Team role).

I love that moment when you start to work on a new journal. It is however always difficult to know where to start with it and what to put on your first pages. The October kit; 'Once Upon a Time' from the Lollipop Box Club however is PERFECT for the first few pages of a journal as this month it is all about telling your own story. Join me in a bit of journaling for mental health and happiness.
